This company was organized in 1980 for the sole purpose of developing quality commercial and industrial projects in the Western United States. Don W Oliphant, President
Mr. Oliphant is responsible for the vision, values, and overall strategy of DWO. He organized DWO in 1980 for the sole purpose of developing quality commercial and industrial projects in the Western United States. Mr. Oliphant is a former General Partner of Knott's Berry Farm, one of the largest amusement parks in the United States consisting of 150 acres located in the heart of Orange County, California. As partner, one of the responsibilities was to broaden the scope of the company and create opportunities for diversification. Mr. Oliphant was also the Chairman of Knott's Berry Farm Foods, Inc., a food production and distribution company making preserves, jellies, fruit syrups and salad dressings. Mr. Oliphant earned his bachelor’s degree in Business Finance from the University of Southern California and served his country as a Captain in the United States Marine Corps.

 

Sandra E. Page
As the Business Manager, Ms. Page is responsible for managing the daily operations for DWO Enterprises, including administrative and accounting support as well as implementing every aspect of the company, from the core values and strategy to general operations. She brings over 18 years experience in GAP and FASB accounting, system administration and executive support to the organization as well has knowledge of the construction industry. She is a commissioned Notary Public.

 
   

Timothy J. Williams, Project Manager
As project Manager, Tim is responsible for the analysis, due diligence, financing, entitlement, and construction management of DWO’s real estate development projects. He has proved that he has the creative ability and talent to handle sophisticated real estate transactions. Tim previously served as an airline pilot for American Eagle Airlines, based in Puerto Rico and Dallas, TX. He prides himself with a strong work ethic, uncompromising integrity, and an enthusiastic attitude. Tim graduated from Southern Illinois University with a B.S. in Aviation Management.

 

 

 

Carole J. Orness
As Special Projects Coordinator, Ms. Orness is responsible for special projects in various aspects of the company. Her background includes 14 years as senior legal assistant in a mid-size law firm and 10 years as a substance abuse counselor. She holds a BA in psychology from the University of Minnesota and a paralegal certificate from the University of San Diego. She is a commissioned Notary Public.
